Under 5 ingredients, 30 minutes - protein pancakes! 🥞

Literally one of the easiest recipes I can think of besides putting a quesadilla together - regardless, DELICIOUS.


You can use this recipe for even a power packed breakfast for your little ones!



EQUIPMENT:

  • Pan/flat iron

  • Spatula

  • Blender/mixer (optional/fork is fine)

INGREDIENTS:


This here is packed with not only a daily foundation of 24 essential vitamins and minerals, but it satisfies your hunger and sustains your energy. Some core numbers:


450 CALORIES

14.3g FAT

19g GOOD CARBS

38g PROTEIN

* 3-4 mid-sized pancakes


SIMPLE STEPS:

  1. BLENDER OPTION

    1. Put banana and eggs in the blender/mixer. MIX (I like to just use the magic bullet cups which also minimizes dishes to wash after 🤗)

    2. Add your 2 scoops of your preferred Herbalife base- protein drink mix & 2 scoops of flavored protein shake. MIX

    3. Have your skillet/pan pre-heated and when ready to start making pancakes coat your pan with coconut oil or directly with butter stick.

    4. POUR from mixer cup for a medium sized pancake. Should make about 4.

  2. FORK & MIXING BOWL OPTION

    1. Smash banana in the bowl until a flat texture

    2. Add 2 eggs in bowl, MIX.

    3. Add your 2 scoops of your preferred Herbalife base- protein drink mix & 2 scoops of flavored protein shake. MIX

    4. Have your skillet/pan pre-heated and when ready to start making pancakes coat your pan with coconut oil or directly with butter stick.

    5. POUR with a spoon/leverage spatula on bowl for a medium sized pancake. Should make about 4.



**RECOMMENDATION:

This is a high protein, vitamin and mineral dense meal. You can always play with the ingredients to reach your daily meal goal. For example, if the calorie count is too high, try reducing your eggs to 1 vs the 2 from this recipe and adding an extra ripe banana. Need more density or possibly more calories? Add chia or oats! Also don't forget about your toppings: adding fruit, honey, granola, syrup. You name it!


Being mindful of your personal protein and calorie intake number as well as working with a coach may help maximize your goals. There are ways to indulge and prosper with our physique without hurting the nutrition nor breaking our spirit/mind. These are delicious; personally, I like to split this portion and add some turkey parties with some cuties or side of fruit.


These are also great for meal prep, easy to reheat & tasty everytime!
